These terms and conditions govern your use of the Bella Craft - Handmade by Gabriella website. Please read these terms in full before you use the Bella Craft - Handmade by Gabriella website. If you do not accept these terms please do not use this website. Using the Bella Craft - Handmade by Gabriella website implies that you accept the full Terms and Conditions. We do occasionally update these terms so please refer back to them in the future.
 
1. Site Access
•    You will be available to access the Bella Craft - Handmade by Gabriella website without registering any details with us, however if you place an order with Bella Craft - Handmade by Gabriella and would like to able to track your order process you can do so by registering with us. The information you provide us with will not be passed on to any third party as per our Privacy Policy.
 

2. Use of the Bella Craft - Handmade by Gabriella Website
•    You are permitted to use the Bella Craft - Handmade by Gabriella website for your own purposes and to print and download materials from the Bella Craft - Handmade by Gabriella website provided that you do not modify any content without our consent. Material on the Bella Craft - Handmade by Gabriella website must not be republished without our permission.
•    The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on the Bella Craft - Handmade by Gabriella website are owned by us and must not be reproduced without our prior consent.
•    No part of the Bella Craft - Handmade by Gabriella website may be reproduced without our prior written permission.
 

3. Visitor Conduct
•    With the exception of personally identifiable information, the use of which is covered under our Privacy Policy any material you send or post to the Bella Craft - Handmade by Gabriella website shall be considered non-proprietary and not confidential. Unless you advice to the contrary we will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use such material for any and all purposes.

a) for which you have not obtained all necessary consents;
b) that is discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, liable to incite racial hatred, in breach of confidentiality or privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others, which encourages or constitutes conduct that would be deemed a criminal offence, give rise to a civil liability, or otherwise is contrary to the law in the United Kingdom;
c) which is harmful in nature including, and without limitation, computer viruses, Trojan horses, corrupted data, or other potentially harmful software or data.
 

4. Disclaimer
•    We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information on the Bella Craft - Handmade by Gabriella website is correct. We may make changes to the material on the Bella Craft - Handmade by Gabriella website at any time and without notice.
•    The material at the Bella Craft - Handmade by Gabriella website is provided without any conditions or warranties of any kind. 5. Exclusion of liability
•    Neither we nor any other party (whether or not involved in producing, maintaining or delivering the Bella Craft - Handmade by Gabriella website), shall be liable or responsible for any kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party as a result of your or their use of the Bella Craft - Handmade by Gabriella website. This exclusion shall include servicing or repair costs and, without limitation, any other direct, indirect or consequential loss, and whether in tort or contract or otherwise in connection with the Bella Craft - Handmade by Gabriella website.
•    Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for (I) death or personal injury caused by negligence (as defined by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977); (II) fraud; (III) misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter; or (IV) any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under the law of the United Kingdom.
 

6. Order process
•    Most items found on the Bella Craft - Handmade by Gabriella website are made to order. Please allow extra time if the item(s) you are ordering is to be made. This can take up to 2 weeks but most of the time it will not be that long. It is advisable to check this prior to placing an order especially if you are ordering for a specific date. In stock items which do not require personalisation will be posted within 2 days of cleared payment. 
•    Once order is placed and payment has been cleared work will begin on your order. “In progress” photos can be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of ordering - please respond to e-mails as soon as possible to avoid delays in your order processing.
•    Once you are happy with everything we will create your bespoke gift. 
•    After this point refunds cannot be given.

 

7. Postage
•    Proof of postage is obtained and your item will be posted with Royal Mail 1st Class Postage.

•    Where possible recycled items will be used for packaging your order.
•    You can select 3 options for postage and local collection is also available. 

1. Large Item Shipping: This option is to be used if you have more than one items in your basket and if you have 1 large item e.g shawl, large bunny, cushion

2. Medium Item Shipping: This option is to be used if you have 1 medium item in your basket e.g personalised gingerbread toy,

3. Small Item shipping: This option is to be use if you have 1 small item in your basket e.g mask, Christmas decoration, reindeer. If you have more items please select the first option.

•    If the wrong option is selected for a postage we will be in contact to obtain top up postage charges.

8. Refunds
•    Refunds cannot be given on personalised items once work on your order begun.
•    If the order has not been started on yet, a full refund of the item and the original postage charge can be given.
•    If you find that there is a fault with your item and the fault is our mistake (spelling mistake or stitching problems) please contact us to see if we can rectify the problem. In most cases if the fault is our mistake a new item will be made. We cannot take responsibility for postage problems; if your items arrives damaged please take photos and contact us immediately. 

​•    Refunds cannot be given for items where the buyer has changed their mind and item was made to order to their specific requirements.
•    Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
