FAQ

  • How Long will my order take to make?
    It depends on how busy we are. During the festive season it could take longer but normally we dispatch items within 14 days. During less busy times this could be much shorter. If you would like your order to be completed for a special occassion it is best to e-mail prior to placing your order to see if we can fulfill your order in time.

  • Can I choose fabrics to be used for my chosen item?
    Of course, you are more than welcome to pick fabrics for your order but if you are unsure of colours/patterns, rest assured that we can help you choose.

  • Can I choose the font to be used for my personalised item?
    Yes, absolutely. In fact an image of the chosen name with 12 font choices will be sent to the e-mail address provided for you to choose from. 

  • Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
    Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel your order and receive a refund once work on your personalised item had begun. 

  • Will I get a proof of postage?
    We always obtain proof of postage and use Royal Mail 1st Class Service to post our items. We find this is the safest way to make sure your handmade item gets to you safe and on time.

  • Which option shall I choose for postage?
    Large Item Shipping: Choose this option if you have more than one items in your basket and if you have 1 large item e.g shawl, large bunny, cushion
    Medium Item Shipping: Choose this option if you have 1 medium item in your basket e.g personalised gingerbread toy
    Small Item shipping: Choose this option if you have 1 small item in your basket e.g mask, Christmas decoration, reindeer. If you have more items please select the Large Item Shipping option.
    If the wrong option is selected for a postage we will be in contact to obtain top up postage charges.
