Refund cannot be given on personalised items once work on your order begun.

In some cases if the order has not been started on yet and only if the order has not been started on yet a full refund of the item and the original postage can be given.

Posted and received items will only be refunded if it can be proved that the damage had happened prior to postage.

Refund will not be given for items where buyer has changed their mind and item was made to order to their requirements.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
